After being in PTAC business for over 20 years, for the first time in 2013 we offered just a common PTAC unit from a well-known manufacturer in Only one residential building in GTA, with amount of calls, contact from residence we notice there is need to be looked at, we were told by home/condo owners time and time when they need service or replace their PTAC (motel /hotel style) heat/air conditioner units, they had to contact many mechanical/ HVAC contractors witch many of them weren’t even knew anything about PTAC units! So we thought we do service PTAC units for freelance contractors, commercial customers, and manufacture agents over the past 20 years, nothing wrong if we could offer our services to help homeowners as well.
